2. What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, social handles (optional).

  • Booking & membership info: plan type, dates, usage preferences, communications.

  • Billing: invoice name/company, VAT/NIF, billing email, payment status.

  • Security & access control: ID/passport document type + number (and only if strictly necessary, a copy), access card/keys issuance and returns.

  • Meeting room/event data: booking details, RSVP/check-in data.

  • Technical data: basic device/usage data when you visit our site or use embedded forms (see Cookies).


3. Why we use it (Purposes)

We process your data to:

  • Manage bookings, memberships, studio agreements, and provide access to the space.

  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.

  • Handle payments, invoicing, and accounting.

  • Maintain security and access control.

  • Send operational communications (confirmations, entry instructions, changes).

  • Send updates and invitations (only if you opt in).

  • Improve our services during the founding phase (aggregated feedback).


4. Legal bases

We rely on:

  • Contract / pre-contract steps (to provide the service you request).

  • Legal obligations (e.g., accounting/tax requirements).

  • Legitimate interests (e.g., security, preventing misuse, improving service quality).

  • Consent (for marketing emails/WhatsApp updates, when you opt in). GDPR transparency requirements are reflected in Article 13.


5. ID/passport (Security)

For security and access control, we may request a valid ID/passport and store the document type + number (and only if strictly necessary, a copy).

  • Used only for security/operations (not marketing).

  • Access is restricted to authorized staff.

  • Stored securely and deleted when no longer needed.


6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our services (acting as processors under applicable agreements), such as:

  • Typeform (forms)

  • Stripe (payments/invoicing)

  • Google (email/calendar)

  • Luma (event RSVPs)

  • Kommo (CRM)

  • Notion (internal documentation/ops)

  • Framer (website hosting)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.


7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) as provided by those vendors’ terms.


8. How long we keep your data (Retention)

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Leads/inquiries: typically up to 12 months after last contact.

  • Members/clients: for the duration of the relationship and then as required for legal/accounting obligations.

  • Invoices/financial records: retained per applicable legal requirements.

  • Security/access records (including ID type/number): kept only as long as necessary for security and compliance.


9. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (for marketing).

Eixample 46 — Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These Terms apply to your use of Eixample 46 (“we/us/our”), including day passes, packs, memberships, studios, meeting room bookings, and events. By booking, entering, or using the space, you agree to these Terms and our House Rules (incorporated by reference).


2. Space use: focus-first

Eixample 46 is designed for focused work and professional collaboration. Please follow posted signage and House Rules, including zone behavior and noise expectations.


3. Access, security, and identification

  • Entry may require registration and confirmation of identity.

  • We may request ID/passport for security and access control.

  • Access cards/keys are personal; sharing them is not allowed.

  • Lost cards/keys must be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply.


4. Opening hours (soft launch)

Hours may vary during the founding phase. Current hours are communicated at the time of booking and may change due to building rules, maintenance, or events.



5. Bookings and capacity

  • Bookings are subject to availability and capacity limits.

  • We may refuse entry if the space is at capacity or if requirements are not met (e.g., unpaid booking).


6. Payments, VAT, and invoices

  • Prices are shown [including/excluding] VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved methods.

  • If you need an invoice, you must provide billing details (including VAT/NIF where applicable).


7. Deposits (access cards/keys)

Where applicable, a deposit (e.g., €15) may be required. Deposits may be refunded upon return of the access item in good condition, subject to verification and any applicable deductions for loss/damage.


8. Cancellations and refunds (general)

Unless a specific policy applies to your booking type:

  • Day passes/packs: generally non-refundable once used. Unused bookings may be rescheduled at our discretion with reasonable notice.

  • Meeting rooms/events: cancellations may be subject to cut-off times and fees (shared at booking).

  • If we cancel a service, you may receive a reschedule option or refund (as applicable).


9. Meeting rooms and fair use

Meeting rooms must be booked. Fair use applies, especially for included member usage. During soft launch, we may set reasonable limits to ensure availability.


10. Conduct, safety, and prohibited activity

You agree to behave respectfully and comply with building safety rules. We may deny access for conduct that disrupts others, violates the law, or breaches House Rules. Illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior is not permitted.


11. Property and liability

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted services (internet, utilities, access) and are not responsible for outages beyond our reasonable control.


12. Photography and filming

Events may be photographed/filmed for community and marketing purposes. We’ll aim to signal when this is happening. If you prefer not to appear, notify the host and we’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate.


13. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access (without refund where appropriate) for repeated or serious breaches of House Rules/Terms, non-payment, misuse of access, or safety concerns.


14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms during the founding phase. The latest version will be posted on our website and effective upon posting.


15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer laws apply otherwise.
